BEFORE THE GAME
We recommend reserving an hour for the board game, including the sharing of insights at the end.
The games are designed to minimise the need for facilitation. As a game organiser or facilitator, you can either observe and listen to the conversations or join a team as a player.
All you need to do is set up the room so that teams of 3 to 6 people play around each board.
Briefly, introduce the purpose of the game:
“Each of you is about to begin a quest for insights. The insights will come by seeing in (in-sight), connecting to your truth through powerful questions.
The goal is to answer spontaneously to the questions and let yourself be carried by the connections which will come naturally.
As you play, you can write down questions or insights which particularly resonate with you. At the end of the game (in 45 minutes) you will all share an insight and a commitment to take into action.”

AFTER THE GAME
A good way to finish up the game is to record your key insights.
As a wrap-up, you may want to ask everyone a question, such as:
- What was your key insight?
- What was your favourite question?
- How did your group play as a team?
ORGANIZING AN EVENT AROUND THE GAME
The game can also be the only activity of your meeting or training. We recommend reserving an hour as a minimum, but 2-3 hours will fly fast if you book a bit of time for orientation and consolidation at the end of the game.
Please check our Frequently Asked Questions or let us know if you can’t find an answer to your question regarding the game.
