About the 1-on-1 sessions
In our sessions, we’ll work together to explore what’s happening for you right now. You’ll learn to approach your thoughts and emotions with curiosity and kindness while focusing on what truly matters to you.
Together, we’ll clarify your values, identify actionable steps, and help you move forward with confidence, even through challenges.
Each session is a complete experience designed to provide focused support and practical tools and is completely cost-free. There’s no commitment—you can book just one session or as many as you feel you need.
If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to help.
NOTE* This is not therapy and is not intended for those who are in crisis. If you need immediate support, visit your local health station or find crisis support via MIELI support phone lines.
