Where to start?
A learning game design usually starts with an objective to create engagement and learning.
The starting point is often a new training, a project, or other initiative that requires active participation over passive listening. Sometimes it is a training in an existing curriculum that needs a re-design, or a culture change that needs to touch the hearts and minds of employees.
