Selected Projects
Elevating Leadership
Elevation is a leadership and learning journey designed for first-time managers at Bekaert, supporting them in developing the skills and habits needed to lead people with confidence.
The initiative runs company-wide in small learning cohorts, enabling managers to learn together while exploring topics such as coaching, performance management, and change.
World of Insights designed and delivered the journey, leading the modules on coaching and leading change. The engagement also included online workshops, facilitator training, close collaboration with internal and external experts, and the creation of a hybrid toolbox blending physical learning games with digital resources.
The elevation program has been an inspiring journey to explore my leadership skills in a psychological safe environment with my peers strengthening the impact on people and on the business on a daily basis.

Building a Health and Safety Culture
Compass is a 6-month leadership journey that strengthens senior leaders’ accountability for health and safety as a core leadership responsibility. It supports leaders in translating H&S expectations into everyday decisions, behaviours, and conversations.
The journey combines peer learning, focused e-learning, and real work application through practical challenges. It culminates in an in-person deep dive where participants consolidate learning, reflect together, and share insights with senior leadership—reinforcing ownership at the top.

Levelling Up Strategy Capability
World of Insights partnered with Bekaert to strengthen managers’ strategic capability across the organisation.
The Strategy Training focused on building clear BU, product, and go-to-market strategies, while improving follow-through through focused action planning and stronger execution.
World of Insights designed the full learning journey, including a two-day in-person training and a participative strategy simulation game, enabling managers to practice strategic thinking and execution in a realistic, hands-on setting.
