Ideation may come more naturally for others, but when it comes to innovating together, many will struggle to produce good quality ideas or lack a process for making them visible, not to speak of putting them into action. In the heat of the action, brilliant ideas may not get the stage and the most creative minds may not be the loudest voices in the room.
